Maria passed away peacefully on January 23, 2021 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by parents Raffaele and Innocenza Tartaro; brother Francesco Tartaro; son John Tim Malito and son Lloyd Ledo Malito. Maria is survived by grandson David Malito and wife Christine; daughter-in-law Pam Malito; brothers Nino Tartaro and Sandro Tartaro of Grimaldi, Italy and their families and special friends; Dorina Cuzzetto and Michelina Dutton.
Maria worked for many years at Vancouver General Hospital in the laundry division. Her love of music was known by all and her personal mantra was, “No Music, No Life”.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 at All Saints Parish 821 Fairfax St, Coquitlam. Special thanks to all the staff Villa Carital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
