Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday December 11, 2021 at the age of 88. Devoted wife of Mario of 64 wonderful years. Proud mother of Frank (Nancy) and Claudio (Antonella). Cherished grandmother of Mario and Anthony. Loving sister of Clorinda (Alberto), Rita (Giuseppe), Fernanda (Aldo), and Romano (predeceased, Michelina). Loving sister-in-law to Santina (predeceased, Natale). Predeceased by siblings, Santina, Angelo, Antonio and Luigino.
Maria-Nella has been reunited with her dear parents Giuseppe and Maria Talarico.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy#7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Tuesday December 14 from 6:00pm-9:00pm and on Wednesday December 15 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-9:00pm.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday December 16, 2021 at 10:00am at St. Roch’s Catholic Church, 2889 Islington Ave, North York ON M9L 2T3.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Nella, you will be greatly missed! I remember when we first moved across the street from you over 40 years ago. You were the first person to knock on our door to introduce yourself and welcome us to the neighbourhood. You and your family have always been more than friends to us, you are family! We’ve shared much laughter and tears together and you will forever have a piece of our hearts. Soar high my friend into God’s loving arms which await you. Give my parents a hug from me.
