Marjorie Matson – September 30, 1942 – September 10, 2021
Matson, Marjorie (nee Jordan) passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the age of 78. She was a devoted mother to Lynda and her husband Gary, Karen, Wayne and his wife Trish, Marsha and her husband Gary. She was the best Nana to 8 grandchildren (Ron, Angie, Alannah, Jordan, Jesse, Britney, Candace, and Katelyn), 6 great-grandchildren (Tyler, Lilia, Josh, Madison, Noah, and Taven), and 1 great great grandchild Mouse. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all.
In keeping with Marge’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at Mackey Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay on Thursday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at Eden Cemetery in Cambray, Ontario. If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital – Palliative Care Unit or a charity of your choice. So very, very sorry to now just read this Obituary for your Mom. As I often have done, I happened to think about the Matson family today and came to the computer to ‘Google’ the name and very, very sadly found this obituary.
