Duncan – The death
occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Wednesday, September
8, 2021, of Margaret Duncan, of Summerside, aged 97 years. Born in
East Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Magdaline
(Chaisson) Bradley. Margaret was the last surviving member of her
immediate family. Survived by her children Margaret “Peggy”
Gallant, Judy (Dewey) Trainor, Susan Cole (Donnie Hutchinson), Pat
Steele, Joanne (Kent) Simpson and Matthew Duncan; grandchildren;
great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Ivy Bradley; and by numerous nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Matthew Duncan; son Robert
Duncan; brothers John and Francis Bradley; step-sisters Annabelle
Fougere and Rita Peters; and by step-brother William Fougere. Resting
at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where private family visiting hours
and funeral service will be held. Interment in St. Paul’s
Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations to the PEI Humane Society or
the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be
appreciated.
