THOMAS (Ross), Margaret Jean (“Peggy Jean”). Peggy Jean died peacefully on September 7, 2021, in her 95th year, after a brief illness. She leaves her sons Donald (Diana), and David (Monica); her granddaughters Jennifer (Nick), Becky (Mike) and Hilary (Drew), as well as her three adorable great grandchildren, Maya, Oscar and Alex. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Des Thomas, and son Dick. Peggy Jean lived her whole life in Montreal until moving to St. Catharines in 2020 to live with David and Monica. She attended Trafalgar School for Girls and graduated from McGill University. Peggy Jean was an active skier and golfer, and was the connector, historian, and genealogist for her far-flung network of family and friends. Plans for a memorial will be determined at a later date.
