Marcus Ott Friday September 17th 2021

Marcus Horst Ott, born November 11th, 1975 and died September 17th, 2021 at the age of 45. Husband to Mary Ann and loving father to Emmily and Katrina. Devoted son to Horst and Gerda, brother to Tanja and uncle to Seth. Marcus grew up in Newmarket and moved to Collingwood in 2015. He was happiest outdoors, going on long road bike adventures, and running. He completed the Ironman in Mont Tremblant in 2012 and he was a strong Taekwondo athlete. He worked at many companies in his career as a carpenter. Some of his proudest accomplishments are the Bridgepoint Health Center, refurbishing the Alton Mill and the Vaughan Civic Centre. He will be missed by his co-workers at Nexrock Design Build Inc. The family would appreciate that all donations go to the Canadian Mental Health Association – Simcoe County.
