Mae Davis 1925 2021

Obituary of Mae Davis
Passed away at the Granite Ridge Care Community, Stittsville. The family wishes to take this time to express how much appreciation they have for the staff on Country and all those that had contact with their Mom. Their hard work and constant care kept her content and comfortable. She really enjoyed when they would pop in to say hello and check on her. Her face would light up and that little smile would appear, sometimes followed by a kiss being blown. Daughter of the late Benjamin and Marjorie Clifford. Predeceased by her husband, Norman (2017). Mother of the late Peter (Lynda), Don (Deborah), and Nancy (Steve Burgoin). Grandmother to Althea, Stephanie, Lindsay, Cameron, Andrew and predeceased by her grandsons Lance and Wade. Great-grandmother of Ashley, Brandon, Shelby, Sydney, Teigan, Mya, Elena, Mackenzie, Kate, Bradley, Russell and Hannah. Great-great grandmother of Dawson, Declan, Jaxon, Dalee-Mae and Patrick. Sister of the late John (late Betty) and the late Gordon (Joan). Visitation will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road on Wednesday, December 29th from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. 1. Norm and Mae made sure Verne had a piece of her Mince Meat Pie at the Christmas Pot Lucks and put it away so no one could see it. We enjoyed the costumes that they wore to the Senior’s Tea, we know Nancy had a hand in and developing. We will miss your mother’s carrying ways and her special smile. We hope that beautiful memories bring peace and comfort to your family.
