It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lorraine Osborne announce her passing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 64 years. She leaves to mourn her husband of 44 years, Terry Colson; sisters and brothers: Violet, Chesley (Glenda), Wanda (Greg) Drover, Tom and Heather; brothers and sister-In-laws: Wayne (Teresa) Colson, Brian (Zeta) Colson, Ellen Colson, Marilyn Colson, Jerry Colson, Joan (Ward) Jones and Thomas (Jean) Colson; special friends Patsy and Kev; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her Parents Fredrick and Lillian Osborne, brother Maxwell Layden and sister-in-law Roseanne Colson. The family would like to say a special Thank-You to the staff and residences at Mountain View Estates, where Lorraine worked for many years.
Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. to a maximum of 30 people in the building at once. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 11 at 2:00 p.m. from Humber Valley United Church in Pasadena to a maximum of 50 people, with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Humber Valley United Church, Pasadena.
