Obituary of Lorne George Dixon
Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Saturday, December 25, 2021. Lorne George Dixon, in his 86th year was the beloved son of the late George Harvey and Florence Elizabeth Dixon (nee Oke). He was predeceased by his sister Doris Jean Dixon and his two brothers; Clifford Morgan Dixon (Elta May), and Gordon Elliot Dixon and his niece Sharon Arley LeBlanc (Michael). Dearly remembered by his sister-in-law Carolyne Dixon (Gordon), his nieces Janet Louise Kohse (Peter), and Laurie Jean Dixon (Stephen) and his many great nieces and nephew.
A Graveside Service will be held in the Spring at Smith’s Cemetery in Woodville. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through the THORNE FUNERAL HOME, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington (705-432-2672).
