Obituary
Peacefully, with her loving family by her side at Providence Care Hospital in Kingston on Friday, December 10, 2021. Linda Ellen Snyder (nee Scilley) of Yarker at age 72. Beloved wife of Murray Snyder and loving mother of Doug Snyder (Rhonda) and Cheryl Love (Cameron) and cherished sister, but mostly like a mom to Wayne Scilley (Cheryl) and to cousin Robert Grooms (Serena). Grandmother of Sylvia Green (Matt) and Carter, Evan and Liam Love. Great-grandmother of Jackson, Allison and Logan. Aunt of Miranda Couvreur (Braedon); Natalie Peck (Gord) and Ryan Scilley and great-aunt of Masie and Ophelia Couvreur. Predeceased by her parents David and Helen Scilley and by her brothers James and Robert Scilley. The family wishes to express our extreme gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Providence Care Hospital for their loving care of Linda and to us during our time there, and to all of our friends and family for their ongoing love and support, bless you all. Cremation has taken place and our family will be having an outdoor Celebration of Linda’s Life in the open air of the farm she loved, in the summer. Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the UHKF (Providence Care Hospital) would be appreciated by the family. In the care of Hannah Funeral Home, in Napanee 613-354-3341.
