Keith L. Bowman
1944-2021
Keith Bowman of Springhill NS passed away November 7, 2021,
at the Jordan Life Care Center, the Glades NB. Born in Springhill he
was the son of the late Marsden and Della (Mills) Bowman. He worked as
a sales representative for Polaroid while he and his wife Pauline
raised their three daughters in Riverview, NB. When they became empty
nesters, they returned to their beloved Nova Scotia where he worked as
the manager of the Springhill Community Pharmacy until his
retirement.
Keith loved the outdoors and enjoyed golf, four wheeling, and
snowmobiling. He was a past president of Snowmobilers Association of
Nova Scotia. He was also an avid reader.
He will be missed by his daughters Michele Bowman, Andrea
(Tim) Macdonald, Nichole (Scott Corbett) Bowman, his sister Maurita
Beaulieu, and his grandchildren Monyca Macdonald and Jon (Bridget
Murray) Macdonald. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by his
wife Pauline (Rector) Bowman.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. His
arrangements have been entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and
Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd, Riverview (869-2007). In his
honour, donations can be made to Parkinson Canada A small ceremony and
interment will occur at a later date at the Mapleton Cemetery in
