It’s with broken hearts, that the family of Karen (Emerson) Teeuwsen announce her passing on May 28, 2021 in Ponoka, Alberta, with her family at her side. Karen lost her second courageous battle with cancer, but never gave up!
Karen loved her life on the farm. Her greatest passions in life were family, friends, and above all her kids, and her 8 grandchildren, and we can’t forget her cows.
Karen is survived by her husband Gerald; daughter Cheryl (Albert); son Blaine (Lennea); her mother Joyce; sisters Debbie, Donna (Dale), and Laurie (Chad); grandkids Ryley, Case, Kaiden, Ryder, Gabbreyella, Lincoln, Hudson, Emersyn, and 2 new comers; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current restrictions, a Private Family Service is being held to celebrate Karen’s life.
If so desired, memorial donations can be made in Karen’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society or S.T.A.R.S..
