FLOYD, Juanita Adelene
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our sweet mother, Juanita “Nita” Floyd, on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at North Bay Regional Health Centre. She was 90 years old. Nita (Iacovone) was predeceased by her husband Eric Floyd. She was the beloved mother of Brenda Floyd (Winfred Lafleur) of Powassan, Lynda Floyd-Parks (Michael) of North Bay and Dellard Floyd of Powassan; and dear Nan of Brad Price (Leslie), Brent Price (Demetra), Kylie Floyd (Jordan) and Karah Floyd (Al). Nita was the dear sister of John Iacovone, Ange Winechuk and Glenda Metivier. She is survived by her sister-in-law Marey Chaperon and predeceased by sister-in-law Doreen Lafreniere. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. The family wish to thank the amazing staff at Eastholme as well as Dr. King and Dr. Cowan who cared for her there, and the nursing staff of B3 at North Bay Regional Health Centre. Cremation has taken place. No services will be held. If desired, memorial donations to Eastholme Residents Fund are suggested.
