Entered into rest peacefully with his loving family by his side in Hamilton on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Joseph Spiteri at the age of 85 was the beloved husband of the late Teresa (2014) for 58 years. Proud and devoted father Rita Goddard (Mark), Mark Spiteri (Tanya) and Raymond. Adored and much loved nannu of Joshua (Kiera), Melissa (Eric), Casandra, Antonia, Nina-Sofia and Joseph and step-grandfather of Kristen, Tyler and Lauren. Treasured great grandfather of Benjamyn, baby Penelope on the way, Troy, Logan, Connor, Ethan, Elena and Aiden. Dear brother of Katherine, Sylvia, Mary, late Fredu, Fefe, Nina (Charlie), George, late Therese and late Victor. Brother-in-law of the late Mary, Gina, Guza, Lucy, Madeline, Guy, late Lola and late Nenna. Forever remembered by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, “William J. Markey Chapel”, 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Tuesday, August 17th from 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass for Joseph will be celebrated at Regina Mundi Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Road West Hamilton on Wednesday, August 18th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 254 Garner Road West, Ancaster.
