Obituary of Joseph “Joe” Lesich
Joseph Peter Ivan Lesich passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at the Grey Bruce Health Services Hospital in Owen Sound on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Born on March 5, 1941 in Otok Lastovo, Croatia, Joe was 80 years of age.
Dearly loved husband of Elke Lesich (nee Seegatz) for 56 years. Loving father of Tania McCrae, Marcie Lesich and Michael Lesich. Proud grandfather of Erin and Carter McCrae and Jordan Lesich (Sun). Cherished brother of Mary Glumac (John), Joanne Puopolo (Gerardo) and George Lesich and brother-in-law of Sibylle Martin. Joe will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, friends and his four-legged friend, Brandy. Predeceased by his parents, Ivan and Marija Lesich (nee Ivancevic) and his sister, Andrina Lesich.
Joe was the former owner of Owen Sound Garage Doors for many years.
