  1. I had worked with David for many years. No matter how busy he was, he was always able to share a smile or a laugh. I will miss him as a colleague but I will miss the man even more. My condolences to his family for their loss.

  2. I worked with David in the late 90s at Matrox and I have a found memory of the smart, personable and generous individual he was.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss.

I wish you peace and comfort as you grieve.

  3. I had the pleasure of working with Dave as a member of a video standards working group under his leadership within the Alliance for IP Media Solutions (AIMS). He was always a pleasure to visit with before we got down to business, and that same demeanor always continued throughout each and every call. He will be sorely missed and remembered with appreciation by all of us in that group.

I pray the stories and memories of his life will help fill the void left by his passing.

  4. J’ai eu la chance de travailler avec Dave depuis plus de 20 ans et ce dernier a toujours été un modèle tant par sa détermination que par sa générosité.

    Tu vas nous manquer Dave!

Mes sympathies les plus sincères à toute la famille.

  5. It is extremely tough for me to write about Dave in the past tense. Dave was synonymous with Matrox and his loss is inconceivable. His passion for technology was obvious to all but I will always remember him as the tall, super intelligent, affable, thorough gentleman, who not only said the right things, but said them in a way that left the listener feeling good.

I have never liked the quote “Only the good die young” but it is apt in his case. I’ll truly miss him a lot. He was an inspiring boss and leader.

My deepest condolences to his entire family and friends. May his soul rest in peace.
