Joan Caroline Reid (nee Pfaffenbach) passed away peacefully at Hanover and District Hospital on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. She was 89.
Born in Schenectody, New York, USA, daughter of the late Theodore and Helen (nee Ryer) Pfaffenbach. Joan was a property manager for a golf community.
Survived by daughters Deborah Rae Clifford of Florida and Vickki Dawn Rowledge of North Carolina. Loved grandmother of several grand and great grandchildren. She will be missed by her Hanover Family, Bruce McDonald and Linda Yenssen. Predeceased by her beloved husband Albert Reid and grandson Jonathan.
To respect Joan’s wishes,cremation has taken place with a small graveside memorial service to be held at a later date when it is safe to gather and share memories. Inurnment in Hanover Cemetery -Columbarium.
Memorial donations to the Residential Hospice – Grey Bruce Southwest Build would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
