Jeffery Paul Jeff Belanger Thursday February 25th 2021

Peacefully with his loving wife and dog by his side at the Temiskaming District Hospital on Thursday, February 25, 2021 Jeffery “Jeff” Paul Belanger of North Cobalt passed away at the age of 64.
Loving husband of Kathryn Poulton-Belanger for 17 years. Beloved father of Paul, Elise, Phillip and stepfather of Dawson [Victoria] Loach. Dear brother of Cindy (Daryl) McKay. Cherished son of Aurele Belanger and the late Elaine Belanger. Forever remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Sadly missed by his beloved dog, Mia. Jeff had worked for the City of Temiskaming Shores in the Parks and Recreation Department for many years. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed playing in the local leagues over the years. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. Jeff is remembered for his one liners and quick wit, always cracking everybody up. He will be missed by his family and by his homies.
Special thanks to Dr Lawson, the staff of Temiskaming Hospital, Care Partners and Closing the Gap for the exceptional care they gave to Jeff. Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury. A Celebration of Jeff’s Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Buffam Leveille Funeral Home, 705-672-3122.
