Chartrand, Jean-Guy – The family announces with sorrow his sudden death at the age of 71 years. Jean-Guy passed away at Englehart and District Hospital, Sunday June 6, 2021.
Predeceased by his father Toussaint Chartrand; his siblings: Bertrand, Bernard, Lilliane and Yvon as well as his niece Sylvie. Sadly missed by his children: Zachary, Sasha and Joshua; his mother Thérèse Chartrand of Earlton and his siblings: Ronald Chartrand, Gérald Chartrand, Suzanne Deshaies, Denis Chartrand and Pierre Chartrand. Also remembered by his grandchildren: Austin, Lilliane and Olivia.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place at Lakeview Crematorium – Haileybury. Due to current COVID restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Buffam Leveille Funeral Home – Haileybury. Memorial contributions to Community Cancer Care will be gratefully acknowledged. Condolence may be left at www.buffamleveille.com.
