James McGinley November 14 1935 December 18 2021 (age 86)

Obituary
With sorrow the family of James McGinley announce his passing on December 18, 2021, at the age of 86. Jim is predeceased by his son David and survived by his loving wife Shirley of 57 years, daughter Carolyn and husband Trevor Couch, son Ken and wife Rebecca (nee Carlin) and granddaughters Jamie & Jordyn.
Jim and Shirley met and then married in Geraldton, Ontario, but his job with CN had them relocate several times before settling in North Bay to raise their family. Jim loved fishing when visiting Geraldton as well as word search and jigsaw puzzles.
Our family is grateful for the compassionate care and support from the staff of B1 of the North Bay Regional Health Centre. A special thank you to family and friends for their love and prayers. If desired, a donation can be made in his honor to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation.
A Mass will be held in his name at the Holy Name of Jesus Church on January 8, 2022, at 10:30am. Online condolences may be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com
