James Allan Hawkes
1956-2021
James Allan Hawkes of Bannon passed away on Monday, November
15, 2021 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. He was born
February 13, 1956 and was the son of the late Cecil and Dorothy
Hawkes. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Lucy
Hawkes; brother, Robert Hawkes and sister, Sheila (Randy)
Thomas.
James is survived by his siblings, Garfield (Martha) Hawkes
of Back Bay, Larry (Ernestine) Hawkes of Millville, Linda (Ricky) Mean
of Windsor, Albert (Mona) Hawks of Bannon; sister-in-law, Shirley
Hawkes of Bannon; several nieces ad nephews.
James will be resting at his home at 311 Route 570, Bannon on
Wednesday afternoon and early evening. A graveside service will be
held on Friday, November 19th at 2:00 p.m in the Lower Windsor
Cemetery with Rev. Todd McGuire officiating. The interment will follow
in the Lower Windsor Cemetery. If so desired, donations can be made to
the River Valley Cancer Support Group or the Heart and Stroke
Foundation. Arrangements are under the care of the Britton Funeral
Home, 2 High Street, Hartland, NB. www.brittonfh.ca.
