Jack John Marlow 1940 –

John Anthony (Jack) Marlow
October 19, 1940 – October 2, 2021
With great sadness we announce that Jack Marlow passed away at age 80 after a battle with cancer. He was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and predeceased by his parents John Marlow and Inez Irene Hare (Marlow). He is lovingly remembered by his wife Dianne, son Johnny (Rose), daughter Deidre (Kevin) Burke, grandson Johnathon , granddaughter Tamara (Dave) Marsh, great grandson Ty, great granddaughter Kayden, sister Linda (Jim) Shimizu and brother Bob. Jack will be greatly missed by many extended family & friends.
Jack & Dianne celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary on July 27th, 2021.
As a young man, Jack envisioned his ideal family. He married, had 2 children, Sunday dinners gathered around the table and the family enjoyed two summer sports and two winter sports.
Jack Marlow was a businessman who contributed to the communities he lived in through Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, Rotary and the Minor Hockey League. His work ethic showed in his career, moving up the corporate ladder in Ontario until deciding to get back to the basics of running a store in Clearwater, BC.
Jack Marlow was a writer after retirement. His humour and quick wit was always present in life and on the pages. Being an avid reader, camping, going for drives and exploring the back roads were also passions.
Thank you to all who have supported us through this sad journey. He was loved in life and will be loved beyond.
