“Jack”
Passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at St.
Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph, in his
84th year. Beloved husband of Jeanette. Loving
father of Jeff (Tammy), Jackie, Shelly and George. Cherished Papa of
Courtney (Brett), Sawyer and Jonathon “JJ”. Great
grandfather of Sebastian. Dear brother of Margaret, June and the late
William, Ted and Robert. Jack will also be fondly remembered by many
nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer
Society Waterloo Wellington 519-836-7672 would be appreciated.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services.
