Obituary of Ida Regina Carson
Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on March 24, 2021 at Gilmore Lodge at the age of 88.
Predeceased by her dear husband Ross (1991).
Cherished mother of Linda Carson and Jo-Anne (Tony) Dowling and much loved grandma of Melissa (Eddy) Van Vliet, Stephanie, Roxanne and Ashley Troscinski and Michael (Margelyn) and Krystin (Chris Giroux) Dowling. Loving great grandma of Carson, Mackenzie, Madelyn and Isabelle Van Vliet and special grand mere of Benson Troscinski. Also survived by her sister Laurette Roy, sister in law Betty (Richard) Angle, brother in law Raoul Campeau and her many nieces and nephews.
Ida loved to knit and was long time volunteer for Meals on Wheels, the Niagara Falls Soup Kitchen and the Marshville Festival.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. Due to current restrictions, a private family memorial service will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with burial of cremated remains at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
If so desired, memorial donations may be made the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Cremation
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
Memorial Mass
A private Memorial Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Wainfleet. Burial of cremated remains will take place at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
