HUBBARD THOMAS LEONARD 2021

Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, September 30, 2021. Tom Hubbard of Phelpston in his 72nd year. Son of the late Jack and Leona Hubbard of Hillsdale. Beloved husband of Nellie Hubbard (nee Van Laarhoven). Dear loving father of Nicole Hubbard and Megan (Jeff) Middlemass. Grandpa (Papa) of Jaxon, Maxwell, and Michael. Brother of John (late Margaret) Hubbard, late Carl (survived by Irene) Hubbard, and Marshall (Jiajia) Hubbard. Brother-in-law of Mary Golds, Case (Debbie) Van Laarhoven, Art (Cheryl) Van Larrhoven, Francie (Glenn) Hall, Anne (late Bill) Dempster, Martin (Kathy) Van Laarhoven, Cora (late Charlie) Ware, and Agnes (Darcy) Duquette. Tom will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbours. Tom was a diesel mechanic that worked for Molson’s in Barrie until they closed. He was a kind loving soul with the worlds best humour. He had a love for animals, nature and will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 6 pm – 9 pm on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
