WHITEHEAD, Hazel – Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Woodstock on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the age of 95, Hazel Dawn Whitehead (nee Roberts). Born August 31, 1925 to the late Ernest and Annie (nee Ellison) Roberts.
Reunited with her beloved husband Robert “Bob” Whitehead (1984) and her son Scott Whitehead (2018). Loving mother of Sandra Millard and her husband George of St. Catharine’s. She will be sadly missed by her 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Ila Fallowfield and her husband Len of Woodstock. Predeceased by her sister Minnie Riddell and her brother George Roberts.
The family would like to thank Dr. Collins and all the staff at Caressant Care Nursing Home for the wonderful care that Hazel received during her time there.
Hazel will be interred in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock. If desired, memorial donations to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
