Hazel was born to Wilfred and Thelma Davison (both deceased) in North Vancouver, B.C. on June 5th, 1938.
She was pre-deceased by her devoted husband John whom she married in 1959.

Hazel was pre-deceased by her loving sister Mary Taylor and survived by nephews Richard Taylor (Susann) and Mark Taylor (Karen), her brother-in-law James Fleeton (Phyllis), nieces Helen Lindstrom (Ian), Christine Fleeton and great nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved. She also had a special place in her heart for twins (pre-deceased) Anthony and Thomas Fleeton.
