Passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Al Hallyburton formerly of Hillsdale in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Dolly Hallyburton (nee McTague) married for 68 years. Dear father of Susan (John) Buchanan of Orr Lake, Deborah (John) Melnyk of Simcoe, Ronald (Gaylene) of Hillsdale, and Michael (Christine) of Port Perry. Loved grandpa of 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Survived by his brothers, Roy, Robert, and Roland.
Many friends and neighbours will remember Al as the owner of Hillsdale Service Centre for over 20 years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Lung Association, or the Alzheimer’s Society may be made in Al’s memory.
