Hamilton, Gregory “Greg” Ward, Amherst, passed away
July 6, 2021 in his home at the age of 57. Born in Halifax, Greg was
the son of Edsel Hamilton and the late Kathryn (Roper)
Hamilton.
Greg is also survived by his birth mother, whom he had
lovingly reconnected with, Irene Milbery, of Elmsdale; sister, Melanie
(Michael) MacBean, Onslow Mountain; numerous aunts, uncles, and
cousins.
No visitation or funeral service by family request. Private
interment will be held at a later date in Terrace Hill Cemetery,
Truro. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mattatall~Varner
Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. Donations in Greg’s
memory may be made to the Nova Scotia Lung Association or a Charity of
Choice.
