Obituary for Goldie Spinks
Goldie Elizabeth Spinks, of Petrolia, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia, in her 76th year. Goldie was the beloved daughter of the late Clifford (2004) and Joyce (Christie)(nee Derry)(2021) Spinks. Goldie was the loved sister of Diane Farr, sister-in-law Shirley Spinks and Sandra Spinks, and an aunt to many nieces and nephews. Goldie was predeceased by a sister Penny Wallace, and brothers Glen and Jim Spinks. Goldie was a kind spirit who loved many, especially her nieces and nephews. And she always appreciated a good belly laugh.
A service for Goldie will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Petrolia Food Bank or Sarnia Humane Society (Sarniahumanesociety.com).
