PATCH, Gillian Anne
Peacefully at Westmount Gardens Long Term Care, London on Saturday, June 19, 2021 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Bryon Patch (2007). Loving mother of Andrew and his wife Anna, David and his wife Barb, Robert and his wife Shannon, all of London. Dear Grandma of Michael, Ryan, Natasha, Alan, Victoria, Jessica and Olivia. Sister of Valerie and her husband Brian Williams of London. Deeply missed by her nieces Denise and Susan and there families. A special thank you to the staff at Westmount Gardens L.T.C. for their care of mom for the past 3 years. A private family farewell has been arranged.
