Forget, Gilbert (1960 -2021)
The family announces with sorrow his death in North Bay, Wednesday October 27th, 2021 at the age of 60 years. Son of the late Norbert and of the late Berthe (née Demers) Forget. Partner of Stella Dumont. Stepfather of Jessica Strickland (Ryan), John Strickland (Shelby), and Don Strickland. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Bentley, Jaxxyn, Miah, Amelia, and Liam. Godfather to Mandy. Dear brother of Marcel (Lucie), Gisèle Hurley, and Jeanette Forget (David). Predeceased by his brother Michal “Mike” (Pierrette). The family will receive friends at the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls on Sunday October 31st, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Funeral prayers will be held at 2:30 in the funeral home chapel.
