LEWIS, Gary T. – Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Thursday December 9, 2021 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Deanna (nee Perrin) Lewis for over 33 years. Dear father of Joshua (Alexandra) Lewis and the late Tamra Lewis (2009). Loved son of the late Harold and Alma (nee Taylor) Lewis and son-in-law of Jan (late Ken) Perrin. Dear brother of Margery (late Graham) Chapman, Pat (late Alf) Langdon, Ken (Vicki) Lewis, Ted (Beth) Lewis and brother-in-law to Drew (Mary Katherine) Perrin and Chris Thompson. Predeceased by his brother Rob Lewis. Gary was a long-time employee of TRW (ZF Automotive). He was very involved with minor hockey in Woodstock acting as coach and trainer. Gary also enjoyed his fishing trips with family and friends and last but not least, golfing using his Philadelphia Eagles golf bag. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday December 12, 2021 from 5 – 8 pm. A celebration of life will take place at the Navy Club, 959 James St., Woodstock on Wednesday December 15, 2021 from 4 – 6pm. Visitors are asked to RSVP their attendance to the visitation and/or C.O.L. on the funeral home website. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at the Anglican Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation or the Make a Wish Foundation would be appreciated. Expressions of sympathy may be given at www.brockandvisser.com
