Eva Marie Howard
1948-2021
Eva Marie Howard of Woodstock passed away peacefully on
Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in
Waterville. She was born August 3, 1948 and was the daughter of the
late Robert and Gertrude Johnston. Besides her parents she was
predeceased by a daughter, Roberta Johnston; sister, Muriel Clowater;
brothers, Eugene Johnston and Blair Johnston; brothers-in-law, Delbert
Clendenning and Harold Nevers.
Eva is survived by her husband, William Howard of Woodstock;
children, John Howard of Ottawa, ON, Donna Howard of Halifax, NS;
grandson, Brody Howard; step children, Terry (Yvette) Weeks of
Musquodoboit Harbour, NS, Joseph (Cindy) Weeks of Hantsport,
NS; step grandson, Zac Weeks; siblings, Winnifred Nevers of
Hartland, Nina (Gordon) Underhill of Peel, Arthur (Sheila) Johnston of
Hartland; sister-in-law, Marrietta Johnston of Woodstock, Lorraine
Johnston of Parrsboro, NS; brother-in-law, David
Clowater.
Visitation will be held at the Woodstock Wesleyan Church in
Jacksonville on Wednesday, June 30th from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral
service will be on Thursday, July 1st at 2:00 p.m. from the Woodstock
Wesleyan Church with Pastor Dale MacDonald officiating. Due to Covid
19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required. The
interment will be in the Lansdowne Cemetery in Lansdowne following the
