AULTMAN, Eugene Peter Joseph
At Nipissing Manor, Corbeil, on Friday, February 5, 2021. He was 80 years old. Eugene was predeceased by his parents Clementine (Bester) and Peter Aultman, his stepfather Joe Anstett, his sister Theresa Purdon (the late Carl) and his brother Phillip Aultman. He is survived by his sister Beatrice Weiler (Don) of Powassan. Eugene will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews: Darlene Giebeler (Fred), Sally Way (Norm), Peter Weiler, Paul Weiler, Kevin Weiler (Tammy), Norma Conrad (Larry), Wayne Purdon (Linda), and Connie Purdon (Kelley). The Aultman family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan, on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Due to COVID-19 protocols, all visitors must schedule an appointment by calling the funeral home, 705-724-2024. Masks must be worn; social distancing must be maintained; and hand sanitization is mandatory upon entry. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Friday at St. Joseph’s Church, Powassan. You may watch the Mass on Facebook Live at “St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Powassan”. Spring interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Powassan. If you wish, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are suggested.
