Eugene Francis Gallant
1950-2021
Eugene Gallant passed away peacefully at home on Monday,
August 30, 2021, surrounded by his family after a year long illness.
Born in Alberton, on February 3, 1950, son of the late Archie and
Elizabeth “Lizzie” Gallant. Beloved husband of Darlene (nee
Collicutt) Gallant. Cherished dad to Deidre (Michael) Christian, Milo
and Tanya (Brandon) Webber, Clermont. Loving grampie to Kate and Lily.
Son in law of Ivan and Marie Collicutt, Burton. Brother in law to Dana
(Ginny) Collicutt, Burton and Laurie (Brian) Hiscock,
Summerside.
Eugene was predeceased by his parents, brothers
Kenny, Tom, sister Eileen in infancy and sister in law Irma
Collicutt.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary, due to Covid restrictions, private family services
for invited guests on Thursday. Interment to follow in the Cape Wolfe
United Church Cemetery.
