On May 30, 2021, Mr. Eric Cardinal of Edmonton, formerly of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 84 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Margaret; children, Glen, Colleen, Aaron & Toni; adopted children, Jeanette Myette, Rose Myette, Maryanne McCallum, Lee Myette, Terrie Quinney, Fran Miketon, Wanda Willier & Janice Papin; 7 grandchildren, Elliot Cardinal, Preston Quinney (Amanda), Alora Quinney, Payton Quinney, Sean Threefingers, Aaron Sage Cardinal-Laboucane & Phoenix Hunter Cardinal-Laboucane; 7 great-grandchildren, Caden, Nathan, Slade, Kingston, Faith, Creesha & Aalaiyah; brother, Ray; 3 sisters, Mavis, Vivian & Emelia; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Cardinal was predeceased by his daughter, Carrie Rae; adopted son, Cary Carriere; parents, Fredrick & Eliza. A Private Wake & Funeral Service will be held in Saddle Lake.
