He enjoyed playing music and spending time with his family, he always loved to joke and tell stories about life and his many adventures. Dad was a dedicated Winnipeg Jet’s fan and would catch every game he could. Dad enjoyed playing music with fellow musicians whether it was on stage or in the kitchen.

Dear family and friends of Elmer Nault. I have seen and heard Elmer play his guitar 3-4 separate times on the Wednesday jamb session at at the Pat Porter Centre in Steinbach. Elmer could still play then and was a delightful musician and a friendly person. I will miss him! May he rest in peace. I express my sincere condolences to his family and friends of which he had a great many.
