Wade, Elizabeth Ann – October 19, 1931 – November 10, 2021 – Went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Elizabeth, in her 91st year, was the beloved daughter of Clement and Margaret Wade, cousin to Peter Wade, Steve and Blanche Bell and the whole crazy Bell clan, as well as much-loved companion to Tip and Yum Yum. Elizabeth was a proud graduate of Women’s College Hospital and went on to serve the City of Toronto for decades as a Public Health Nurse. For the past 20 plus years she has called the City of Kawartha Lakes her home. Special thanks to her Personal Support Workers, the staff of Fenelon Court Long Term Care Home and Palliative Care Ross Memorial Hospital. If desired, memorial donations could be made to the Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund, or the Palliative Care Unit of Ross Memorial Hospital. A visitation will be held at Fairview Baptist Church, 130 Colborne Street West, Lindsay on Friday, November 12th at 11:00 a.m., to be followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721) www.mackeys.ca
