Elizabeth Betty Cormier 1933 2021

Elizabeth “Betty”
Cormier, 87, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday September 25, 2021 at
The Moncton Hospital, Moncton. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter
of the late Alfred and Marie (Jones)
DeWolfe.
She is survived by her three
sons: Rod (Judi), Mark (Pauline) and Terry (Louise), all of Moncton;
her siblings: Sharon Lewis and Alfred “Ozzie” both of
Moncton; sister-in-law, Leola DeWolfe of Moncton; several half-sisters
and half-brothers: five grandchildren; eight
great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren and by several
nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Betty was
predeceased by her husband, Louis; her sisters, Patsy LeBlanc, Velma
Breau and Dorothy Bennett; her brother, Donald and several
half-sisters and half-brothers.
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church
Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the funeral service will be
celebrated on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 11:00am. Visiting hours
are on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, from 7pm to 9pm and on Thursday,
September 30, 2021, from 10am until time of service. Due
to the new regulations, face covering are mandatory, and proof of
vaccination and government issued identification card will be required
to enter the funeral
centre.
Interment will be at Our Lady of
Calvary cemetery in Dieppe.
In memory of Betty, a
contribution to the Alzheimer Society would be
appreciated.
