Obituary of Eda Mary Banjavich
BANJAVICH- It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, of our loving and caring mother, Eda Mary Banjavich (nee Caperchione), beloved wife of the late Stephen (2005). She will be deeply missed by her children, Diana-Lynn Hughes, Robert Banjavich (Susan), Denise Banjavich-Wright (Peter). Grandma to Connor, Chad and Evan. Great Grandmother to Noah, Kiva, Daisy and Lacey. We will cherish the special place in our hearts that will always be reserved for you. We thank you for the gift your living brought to each of us. We will continue to love and remember you while cherishing the memories of the time we had together.
The family wish to give sincere thanks to the ER and 3S staff at Welland County General Hospital. We respect and wish to acknowledge the entire team of 2W at the Port Colborne General Hospital for their compassion, exceptional care of our mother, and personal support to us. Our gratitude to Father Wieslaw Woloszyn of St Patrick Roman Catholic Church, for providing the closure that allowed Mom to pass peacefully.
Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. As an expression of sympathy, donations if so desired, may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
