Earl Lee Chase age 89 years of Dartmouth
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father and grandfather on February 24, 2021 at Dartmouth General Hospital. Born February 27, 1931 in Eastern Passage he was a son of the late George and Bernice (Parker) Chase. Earl enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and playing guitar with friends and family. He is survived by daughters Pauline (Jim Stuart), Rita Bowes (Harry Dort), daughter in law Shirley Chase, grandchildren Jimmy and Wanda Galliott, Taren (Thomas), James (Gillian), Chantel (Justin), great grandchildren, Austin, Gabrielle, Kyleesha, Jordan, Haley, Adrianna, Cailey, Caitlin, Declyn, Maisy, Ryder, Kylie, Nevaeh and Quinton. He was predeceased by his wife Marion Beazley, sons Gregory and George, daughter Anne, son in law’s Dave Holmes and Kim Bowes, siblings John “Jack”, Pearl, Phyllis, Sheila, Diane and Eileen. The family would like to offer heartfelt thanks to Doctor Kenneth Cameron and the staff of 4 East-Dartmouth General Hospital for their compassion and care. Special thanks to Shirley, Chantel, Cailey, Frank, Debbie, Bruce, Russell and Bill for their visits and so much love for Dad, he loved every minute of it. Shirley, Dad always thought of you as his own daughter, thank you for everything that you have done. We are so grateful for all the support we received from everyone. Cremation will take place, private family service will be held.
