It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the sudden passing of Drake Mason, at the age of 66 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by Cindy Mason; daughter, Brae Mason; brother, Allan (Val); sister, Tracey; mother, Pauline, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Drake will be remembered by many for his love of golf and his talented teaching abilities. Drake was known for his charismatic personality, sense of humour and passion for Italian food.
Drake touched many lives and we will miss him dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m., on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Connelly – McKinley Funeral Home, 10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton.
Memorial donations may be made in Drake’s name to The Canadian Junior Golf Association, to do so please click here.
Connelly-McKinley is exclusively participating in the Restriction Exemption Program. Government issued photo ID and proof of vaccination via QR code or a negative COVID test in the last 72 hours is required upon entry.

  1. So sorry to hear about Drake. We had many adventures and so many laughs. He had a very special talent when it came to dealing with people. He was a true friend and fellow Professional.

    It is never goodbye, but rather I will see you again.

  2. To the Mason family,

    Drakes passion for people and the game of golf, was so clear the moment you meet him. He always made all around him feel so welcome, I remember young professionals that would say how he made them feel part of a conversation. Will alway think of how he treated everyone like a friend.

    He will be missed by many, make only pars and Birdies upstairs my friend.
