Cross, Roger Douglas – It is with heave hearts we announce the passing of Douglas “Doug” Cross on December 3, 2021 in his 89th year. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones after a brief fight with cancer. Predeceased by his wife Joyce Cross; his parents Vera and Charles Cross; sisters Thelma and Isabelle; brothers Norman, Joe, George “Pud” and Bill. Douglas’ memory will live on in the hearts of his daughters Linda Ezekiel (Paul) and Sandra Cross (Stephen); his sister Coreen Brubacher; grandchildren Ashley Ezekiel (Anthony), Paul Ezekiel Jr., Brent Cross and Katelyn Cross (Marina); great-grandchild Mia; as well as many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his fur babies Bella, Alley, Horton, Sadie and Remington. We would like to send our greatest gratitude to all the staff at ParaMed, for their support and care. In lieu of flowers, donations to your local Humane Society would be appreciated. At Douglas’ request, cremation has taken place. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
