Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Friday, December 31st, 2021. Doris Irene (Nevers) Kierstead, at the age of 101 years. Dear sister of Handy Nevers (Marie deceased). Also survived by several nieces and nephews, step children and step grandchildren. Doris was predeceased by her two husbands William Mean and Eddie Kierstead as well as her parents Hazel and Frank Nevers, and by her siblings Donald Nevers, Miriam Hanson and Barbara Nevers.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Highway Pentecostal Church, 800 Stewart Blvd, Brockville on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 12 noon until 1 pm. A service in honour of Doris will commence at 1 pm followed by interment at Union Cemetery, Lansdowne. Covid protocols will be in effect with registration of attendance required.
