Obituary of Domenico Mastrogiacomo
MASTROGIACOMO, Domenico
Passed away with loving family by his side on July 29, 2021 at 76 years of age. Loving husband of Anna (nee Martini) having shared 53 years of marriage. Proud father of Vincenzo, and Steve (Jill). Cherished Nonno of Eliana and Daniel. Survived by his sister Laura (Frank Savoni). Brother-in-law of Peter Martini (Angela), and Susie (Tom Li Causi). Domenico will also be sadly missed by many other extended family members in Canada, United States, and Italy.
Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 3 pm – 7 pm. Parish prayers on Tuesday at 7 pm. A private funeral mass will be held with entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
In kindness, memorial tributes made to the Alzheimer Society in Domenico’s memory would be appreciated. Online condolences and cherished memories may be shared with the family at www.windsorchapel.com
Masks must be worn for visitation at the funeral home, at the funeral mass and the cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the numerous PSW’s, nurses and health care team that helped Domenico with all of his medical needs in the latter part of his life.
