Obituary
FRANCHI, Domenico Luigi “Don” – Following complications of a stroke, Don passed away peacefully on Monday, September 27, 2021, at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, with family by his side. He was in his 77th year. Don was the beloved husband of Rita (nee Brunner). Cherished father of Holly Campbell (Braden), and Tracy Nelson (Dan). Proud grandfather of Tyiara, Quintin, Cody, and Annachie. Dear brother-in-law of Marilyn Brunner; loving brother of Sempe Franchi, Nello Franchi, and Joe Franchi. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who cared for Don.
Visitation will be held from 7 – 9pm, on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Reynolds Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, in Bracebridge, at 11:30am. Interment will follow at Hekkla Cemetery.
