1960-2021
Diane Rose Johnston, age 60 of Beaconsfield, New Brunswick, passed
away peacefully with her family by her side on February 7th,
2021.
She was born October 24th, 1960 in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick, to
Reginald and Rose Finnemore. She married Louis Johnston on December
16th, 1978 and he survives.
Also surviving are her mother Rose Finnemore, brothers Delbert(Karen)
Finnemore; Daryl(Lousia) Finnemore; David(Laura)Finnemore, sisters
Marina(Ronald) Willette; Donna(Jim) Kamarouski; Darlene Hawkins;
Sherry Finnemore , children Carrie(Steve) Johnston; Kent(Angela)
Johnston; Kelly Johnston; Kale(Terralynn) Johnston; Kaleb Johnston and
7 grandchildren Greyson/Connor(Carrie’s);
Sarah/Tarah(Kent’s); Halleigh/Abby(Kelly’s);
Aurora(Kale’s).
Her Father Reginald Finnemore and 2 brothers, Dana and Douglas
Finnemore preceded her in death.
Diane was mom to many and especially well known for her coffee squares
and baked bread. She loved to dance and spend time with her family.
It didn’t matter if she had known you for a lifetime or had just
met you, she greeted everyone with a big smile and a big hug. Diane
was loved by many but most of all by her husband, children and
grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 11:00 am
in Hillcrest Cemetery. For those who wish memorial donations made to
the Southern Victoria Cancer Assistance Fund would be appreciated.
