Obituary
Sadly we announce the passing of Derick Frank Young, originally of Bridgeport, NL, but Ontario for past 36+ years. He leaves to mourn, ‘his Angel’ as he called his wife Joy, beautiful daughter Joselyn (Steven), ‘Bops’ adored grandson Oliver, sisters Deborah, Dayna, brother Darril, loving son-in-law of Roger & Effie Rideout and the absolute best family and friends anyone could ask for. He is predeceased by his parents Walter and Joyce and his sister Dolly. Derick battled and fought hard against Glioblastoma (Stage 4 Brain Cancer) for almost 27 months and in that time loved life to its fullest.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later time.
All donations received will be donated to the finding a Cure for ‘Glioblastoma’ .
