Tragically the victim of a motor vehicle accident at the age of 18, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away at Victoria Hospital on Sunday, October 3rd, 2021 with his family present at his bedside. Forever loved and remembered by his parents, Peter and Rachel Dent. Beloved brother to Bethany, Abby (Iain) and Chloe. Adored grandson to Andy and Elizabeth DeVries. Predeceased by his grandparents, Lawrence and Elizabeth Dent. David will be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends. David’s contagious smile, quick wit and large heart endeared him to anyone privileged to know him. The funeral service will be conducted at Gateway Church, 890 Sarnia Road, London, on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The first visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. for those who do not plan to attend the funeral service. A second visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. for those planning to attend both the visitation and the service. Registration is required to attend both the visitation and service.
